Important:• this is a Your Character Here type of commission, using a premade base.
• please understand that aspects of the base cannot be changed and are not negotiable (poses, body proportions, art style)
• hair, outfit, face and mouth are not part of the base and will be drawn and rigged to match your character's design and personnality.
• you have 2 free poses with 3 poses that you can chose from: drawing, plushy hug and gaming.
• the tablet and pen for the drawing pose can be toggled on/off. you can request the "drawing" pose without the tablet.
• complex designs will be simplified to fit the chibi style.• please provide clear references of your character, at least one fullbody reference.• this is personal taste, but I do not draw my chibis with boobs. I won't draw big boobs, but I will draw small ones if requested (example)
• completion is estimated to within 1-2 weeks after starting.

by commissioning me, you fully agree to these terms.general
• i reserve the right to decline a commission without providing a reason.
it's likely I either don't feel confident in drawing it or I don't feel comfortable with the request.payment and refund
• payment is made either 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% before delivery. the commission won't start before the first payment is comfirmed.
• i do not provide refunds unless:
- the work hasn't been started
- i am unable to complete the workrevisions
• I usually update WIPs after every step (sketch, shading, rendering, rigging) and sometimes more. Feel free to ask for corrections after every updates.
• I usually don't mind revisions, however major corrections that requires a lot of work are subject to an additional fee.
• please inspect carefully and inform me of any correction there might need as soon as possible.deadlines
• please inform me of any hard deadlines you may have.
• commissions will be worked on based on the order of payment. Please check trello (most at the top are prioritized)delivery
• all necessary files will be delivered through a google drive link that may be deleted in the future.
• the client is expected to save the delivered work immediately and make necessary backups.usage and intellectual property rights
• i reserve the right to showcase the commissioned work and its progress to my social medias and porfolio. the client can request to keep the work secret until it is completed and shown publicly.
• even if the client bought the full rights to my work, they cannot claim my work as their own.
• do not trace, edit or run the work into ai, do not use for NFTs.
• credit is required when the commission is used. credit information must be placed at a permanent easy to find place.
• the client does not own merchandising rights to the work and cannot sell merchandise of the work.vtuber model commissions specific
• the client owns the rights for stream and content creation usage.
• all necessary files to run the preconfigured model in vtube studio will be delivered. the live2d source file (.cmo3) is not provided.
